The keyboard is very well built and sturdy, it feels very reliable and I consider it an excellent keyboard. I just think the driver software could be a little better (but I'm unlikely to need it, since the keyboard is basically plug & play) and the firmware could also always be available in case I need to re-flash it.
About the problem, the keyboard simply failed after a few months of use (YouTube video indexed below). I've always been careful with the keyboard and never made any modifications to it. I requested the warranty via email and I'm waiting for a solution. If everything goes well, I'll come back here and give it 5 stars.
Update:
Akko's support team responded to me and were very attentive. After a few emails, it was concluded that the problem was the keyboard's PCBA. Akko immediately sent a new PCBA along with an internal USB-C port and a new dongle. After receiving the parts, I made the exchange correctly and the keyboard worked like new again and my problem was solved! :)
Love the keyboard. Love the sound and feel of the click. Adequate packaging, delivery from China in 6 working days.
