At Akko Europe, we want you to feel confident when purchasing directly from our official online store.
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer a 3-day price guarantee on eligible purchases made on akkogear.eu.
If the price of an eligible product on our website is reduced within 3 days after your purchase, you may be eligible to receive the difference, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Products
Our Price Matching Policy applies to:
- Akko keyboards
- Qualified Akko keycap sets priced above $50
The policy does not currently apply to other computer peripherals or accessories, including but not limited to switches, mice, headsets, mousepads, cables, wrist rests, DIY kits, and other accessories.
Prices for products not covered by this policy may change due to factors such as exchange rates, logistics costs, inventory, or other commercial considerations.
3-Day Price Guarantee
For eligible products purchased directly from akkogear.eu, the price guarantee is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the regular selling price of the same eligible product on Akkogear.eu is reduced during this period, you may contact us to request a price adjustment.
The price difference will be calculated based on the applicable product price paid by you and the lower eligible price available on Akkogear.eu.
Price adjustments are subject to verification and the conditions of this policy.
Promotional and Holiday Deals
The Price Matching Policy does not apply to temporary promotional campaigns, holiday sales, special events, flash sales, clearance events, or other limited-time promotional offers.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Black Friday
- Cyber Monday
- Christmas and holiday promotions
- Anniversary sales
- Seasonal campaigns
- Flash sales
- Special event discounts
- Limited-time promotional codes
- Exclusive promotional offers
- Bundle promotions
- Gift-with-purchase promotions
Price-match requests based on these promotional events or special offers will not be accepted.
This exclusion does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Price matching is based on the applicable product selling price and does not generally include discounts that require the use of a promotional code, coupon, membership benefit, loyalty reward, or other conditional discount.
We may consider such requests at our discretion where the discount is a general price reduction applicable to the same product and is not subject to additional conditions.
Product and Variant Requirements
To qualify for a price adjustment, the product must be the same product and the same variant.
The following must match where applicable:
- Product model
- Product version
- Layout
- Color
- Switch type
- Configuration
- Quantity
- Other material product specifications
A price difference caused by a different product configuration or product bundle does not qualify for price matching.
Price Matching on Other Websites or Platforms
Our Price Matching Policy applies primarily to prices displayed on akkogear.eu.
We do not generally price-match prices offered by third-party retailers, marketplaces, distributors, resellers, or other websites.
For Akko products sold on other platforms, including products offered by authorized distributors or regional sellers, pricing and price-matching arrangements may vary by seller and region.
If you are considering purchasing an Akko product from another platform, please contact the relevant distributor or seller directly regarding their pricing policy.
Shipping, Taxes and Additional Costs
Price matching applies to the eligible product price and does not include differences in:
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT differences
- Payment fees
- Other additional charges
A lower total order price caused solely by lower shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other additional charges does not qualify as a product price reduction.
Out-of-Stock and Unavailable Prices
The lower price must be publicly available for purchase at the time the price-match request is reviewed.
Prices that are no longer available, products that are out of stock, expired promotions, or prices that cannot be independently verified may not qualify.
We may request a valid product link, screenshot, or other information showing the applicable price.
Price Errors
A price displayed due to an obvious typographical, technical, system, or other pricing error does not constitute a valid price for price matching.
A price that is clearly inconsistent with the normal selling price of the product or appears to result from an obvious error may be excluded from the Price Matching Policy.

How to Request a Price Match
To request a price adjustment, please contact:

- The lower price you are referring to
- A product link or other information that allows us to verify the price
We may request additional information if necessary to verify your request.
Price Adjustment Method
If your request is approved, we will refund the eligible price difference to the original payment method used for the order whenever reasonably possible.
The refund will be processed after the price-match request has been reviewed and approved.
Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Limitations
A price adjustment is available only for eligible products purchased directly from akkogear.eu.
The Price Matching Policy:
- does not apply to products excluded from the eligible product categories;
- does not apply to temporary holiday or special-event promotions;
- does not apply to third-party marketplace or distributor prices;
- does not apply to differences caused by shipping, tax, customs, or other additional charges;
- does not apply to obvious pricing errors;
- does not apply to different products, variants, configurations, or bundles.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each request and to decline requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
Changes to Product Prices
Akkogear.eu may change product prices from time to time based on factors including promotions, exchange rates, inventory, logistics costs, market conditions, and other commercial considerations.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed, except where a customer qualifies for a price adjustment under this Price Matching Policy or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Pricing Errors and Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur on our website.
If a product is displayed at an incorrect price due to a technical or other obvious error, we may contact you and provide the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
If you have already been charged for an order that is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This Price Matching Policy is a voluntary commercial benefit and does not limit or replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
In particular, this policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to withdrawal, legal guarantee of conformity, refunds, or other consumer protections.
