Refurbished products may originate from various sources including open-box returns (some of which have never been opened), instances of buyer's changing their mind, and returns from retailers. Each item undergoes rigorous testing for appearance and functionality to guarantee reliable performance and a like new condition before resale.
What is the Akko Refurb process?
The returned products are inspected by a third-party, following criteria approved by Akko, including functional test and cosmetic inspection. Only functional passing units are packed out and ready to become 'Akko Refurbished' products.

Can I return a Refurbished product?
Yes, you can, following the Return and Warranty Policy for Refurbished products, so within the 30 days after purchase.
