Akko Creamy Yellow U1 linear switches feature a new POM blend, 45g actuation force, reduced spring ping, smooth travel, and a satisfying low-pitched thock for custom mechanical keyboards.
A newly engineered POM material improves the switch's natural self-lubricating properties, delivering a smoother and more refined typing experience.
The redesigned cylindrical stem helps concentrate the sound profile, producing a cleaner and deeper thock with every keypress.
By optimizing the rail structure and introducing a modified POM top housing, unwanted spring noise is significantly reduced.
Developed based on years of community feedback, U1 balances the lively feel of Creamy Yellow V3 with the deeper, more controlled sound of V5.
The more controlled sound profile allows U1 to perform consistently across various keyboard cases, plates, and mounting styles.
