am 43 years old and have been into mechanical keyboards for about 15–20 years. I can confidently say that I’ve finally found the keyboard of my life. It’s incredible in every way. I really love the layout, especially the proper spacing between the F keys instead of having them cramped together like on other keyboards. The screen is also very good for GIFs and for changing actuation colors and many other things.

What really won me over, though, is that even though it’s a gasket mount, it has a relatively low profile, so it’s very comfortable to type on without a wrist rest. The mechanism that opens so easily without dealing with screwdrivers is amazing. Genius idea by whoever thought of that—well done.

Also, the purple color I have is very beautiful and very durable; it doesn’t scratch at all. The 8000 polling rate gives unreal speed in games.

HE is now the future of mechanical keyboards. The simple 5-pin switches are basically dead. Now we’re starting to see HE switches that are tactile as well.

With magnetic switches to total travel distance 3.5 and actuation point to 2.1, i njoy typing.

The keyboard is nice for its price.
But the USB-C cable and port are not of a good quality…
The keyboard keeps disconnecting when I move it slightly and it feels like the USB-C port is not holding the cable with much force.

MOD 007 V5 HE Magnetic Keyboard

The keyfeel is fantastic, everything is high quality, very easy to disassemble and mod if you're into that. The volume wheel feels great, and software (website) is very easy to use.
Small flaws: USB port seems to be quite fragile, I had to have a replacement sent, and the little screen + wheel is a little difficult to put back together after you've disassembled it because some parts are friction fit. Also, the volume wheel is a little too easy to press in, would've preferred it to be tighter

Love it in every aspect imaginable it is close to perfect

Love everything about the keyboard, 1 star deduction for shipping, because box was not properly protected in shipping and it had major dmg in one of the corners, luckily it did not damage the keyboard.

It's very versatile, there are so many things you can do to personalise the speed of the keys, whether you want it to react faster or slower, the time you want the key to go down and up, etc.

I haven't played with that that much tbh. But my middle brother, who plays Valorant, he did take my keyboard and messed around with it, and he says it's pretty amazing. There are so many settings you can set depending on the game you're playing.

I still need to get used to the small "Enter" key, and sometimes I miss the other keys like accent keys or the "ñ" when typing in Spanish, but that's my own thing, hahaha.

Anyways, overall, I do like it a lot. Especially how it sounds, it's so soft hehe

I’ve been using the Akko MOD 007 V5 HE for a while now, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is outstanding — the aluminum case feels solid and premium, and the keyboard has a very clean, refined look on the desk.
