What is the return policy?

Mystery Box does not qualify for a no-excuses return policy (e.g., I don't want it anymore), and placing an order is a tacit acceptance of this rule.

Items are only eligible for return due to quality defects, as randomness is an inherent feature of blind box products.

Is every Mystery Box product different?

Good surprise

Good surprise and a price/quality ratio which is nice.

Slightly confused if I am reviewing mystery box event or the keyboard itself :)

Anyway, the Mystery box event / product was a cool one. Just paying around 60e, I got 5108B plus Steam Engine model with CS Black switches. The keyboard is a work of art! Really heavy fullsize keyboard, true "model M" heavyweight sturdy feeling. I love the CS Black switches, bluetooth, usb cable, 2.4 GHz Dongle connection, excellent feeling, backlighting (although a bit weak in this model) + excellent beige "retro" coloring with orange set of extra keyboard caps that I immediately applied to a few selected keys that made keyboard look absolutely fantastic.

Overall super mega happy with the keyboard. Quality wise absolutely perfect, I have three different Akko keyboards already and have been very happy with them including this one.

I am a bit keyboard geek and I do own 1984 model of IBM Model M keyboards and Unicomp "Model M" USB version etc. and these Akko keyboards have nothing to be ashamed of compared to these legendary keyboards.

Fully modular too, you can change the switches, keycaps etc. and I do give big thumbs up for included excellent guide which guides you how to change from ANSI to ISO / German to -> SWE/FIN etc. layouts. Really nice touch for having this manual included in the box. Thanks!

It's a great deal. BUT: Why only the ISO option can be turned off, so for many in most of the EU the action is not relevant. Couldn't there be an option without ANSI?
