Most products sold on Akkogear.eu are shipped from China.
For most eligible EU destinations, the estimated delivery time from the Default (CN) Warehouse is approximately 10–20 working days.

Germany (DE) Warehouse
The Germany (DE) Warehouse currently supports shipping to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (18 of 20 regions), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (47 of 52 provinces), and Sweden.
For Germany, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 days by DHL fast delivery.
For other supported European destinations, the estimated delivery time is approximately 6–7 days.
The DE Warehouse does not currently support delivery to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Switzerland, or other destinations not listed above.

What will I receive?
One randomly selected Akko IP Keyboard from the eligible Mystery Box product pool.
Are all keyboards worth more than €49.99?
Yes. Every eligible keyboard has an original retail value of at least €81.99.
Can I choose the keyboard model or color?
No. Mystery Box products are randomly selected, so the model, layout, and color cannot be chosen based on personal preference. The surprise is part of the experience!
How will my Mystery Box be shipped?
Your Mystery Box will be processed and shipped according to our standard order processing time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Is every Mystery Box product different?
Products are randomly packaged. If you select more than one mystery box, you may receive duplicate products.
Can I use a discount code on a Mystery Box?
No. Mystery Boxes are already offered at a special price and are not eligible for additional discount codes or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
What is the return policy?
Mystery Box does not qualify for a no-excuses return policy (e.g., I don't want it anymore), and placing an order is a tacit acceptance of this rule.
Items are only eligible for return due to quality defects, as randomness is an inherent feature of blind box products.
