Refund & Return policy

By placing an order with Akko through the Akkogear.eu Official website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order or using any service provided by Akkogear.eu Official.

1.1 30-day return policy: Depending on the specific circumstances and the warranty of the product, please visit our warranty page to read the latest warranty terms. Your return request will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.2 In some cases, we apply a 'non-return refund policy'. In other words, the purchaser does not have to return the product to the Akko warehouse.

1.3 Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to communicate that we have received the returned item. We will also communicate approval or rejection of the refund.

1.4 In case of approval, we will automatically credit the refund back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Complete package rule

Please return the product with the original packaging, including manuals, original keycaps and keycaps extractor supplied with the device for a full refund. For returns with incomplete/different packaging, the seller may charge a return fee of up to 15%, depending on the completeness of the packaging. For normal traces of use on the keyboard, we do not charge a return fee.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours before shipment. Please visit the Contact page to fill out the form or send a request directly to support.eu@akkogear.com. After 24 hours, you can still send your request and Akko will do its best to retrieve the package from the carrier, but there is no guarantee that it will be processed.

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 7 days upon product/parcel arrival, and the customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and possible taxes and bear the corresponding shipping risks. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to Akko warehouse).  You can email us at support.eu@akkogear.com and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product.

Akkogear.eu will afford the shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or does not match the ad description.

Received wrong layout/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and the tracking number written/printed on paper.  Email this to us at support.eu@akkogear.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

Refusal of service

Refusal of delivery of an international parcel may result in destruction of the parcel by the courier. Please note that Akkogear.eu will not issue a refund until we have received the package and that any costs incurred in returning the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.

Wrong address

Entering the wrong address can cause the delivery to fail and ultimately result in the carrier's deletion. Akkogear.eu will only refund if we receive the package, and any costs generated by the return shipment of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missed Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank. Processing often takes some time before the reimbursement is credited. If after these checks your refund has still not been credited, please contact us at support.eu@akkogear.com

Right to change terms and conditions

Akkogear.eu may, at any time and from time to time, change its terms and conditions. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms and conditions on the Site. You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically, and your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

Prices and price reductions/corrections

Akkogear.eu reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed on the Akkogear.eu Online Shop pages at any time without prior notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a price error occurs on the Akkogear.eu Online Shop, you agree that Akkogear.eu is not bound by such incorrect price, unless you have already been charged for it. In the event of a pricing error on the site or in connection with your order, we will send you a notification to allow you to continue transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Price-matching Policy

You get a 3-day price guarantee for all keyboard purchases and qualified keycap sets over $50.

The price-matching policy for akkogear.eu is not applicable for other types of computer peripherals. For other accessories, the price may fluctuate in response to exchange rate and logistic rates.

The price-match guarantee, however, does NOT extend to price changes subject to holiday special events/deals. Requests of price-match on holiday deals will be declined.
