About the M2V5 keyboard and my order

My keyboard came in this month and i have to say it's absolutely great, but there were some difficulties with it. There are also very nice upsides, but i'll speak of them later. The main issue i had was that at the beginning i didn't know how to get it working AT ALL. The manual provided is severely lacking in information and it doesn't provide the user with any clue about the mechanics of it, how the modes work, how to switch between wired, 2,4GHz or bluetooth and how the switch under the CAPS key works. This resulted in me trying to work it out for around 2 hours before i got a hold of it. There is also very little way of editing the lighting of the keyboard, as the options provided by VIA are very scarce, and the device just doesn't get detected by any other program, which is a yet another issue. One more thing is that i couldn't find any way to change the time after which the keyboard goes into sleep. The lights turn off while it does and it's really noticable, but i worked aroung it by setting them up so they only light when i click. It's a really nice look this way. I am aware that in wired only mode the problem disappears. I bought the keyboard using the eu shop, and i have to say that the prices have changed and it is a lot cheaper now in the other shop, at a difference of WHOLE 60 EUROS. That's really outrageous. Now about the good things: the keyboard is bloody excellent and i love it a lot, and the customer service was really really good. It was a pleasure to work with them. The device is of very good quality and i haven't been able to find any technical issues as of now. Despite the flaws and fluctuation of the prices i am satisfied with my purchase, but you should really do something with it being 100% price in one place and 160% price in the other while also being unavailable there. Also i hope you work on expanding the user manual and the support of your driver, which is not compatible with it. Thank you very much for this keyboard, i hope it will serve me for many years.
