In addition, Akko provides a voluntary 1-Year Commercial Warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers internal hardware malfunctions under normal use but strictly excludes accidental damage, liquid ingress, excessive wear, or unauthorized modifications. This commercial warranty does not affect or limit your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days (extended to 30 days under our customer satisfaction program) without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right, the item must be returned in its original received condition, including all compatible accessories and the neutral packaging. Under EU law, you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Return Shipping Fees
If the product is being returned due to a confirmed hardware defect or non-conformity covered by our guarantee, Akko will bear the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated under the Right of Withdrawal (change of mind / subjective dissatisfaction with the cosmetic grade), the consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise specified during promotional periods.
